The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page 1, line 15, after the words “National Guard” by inserting “and practice medicine in the state of West Virginia for a minimum of 6 years”;

And,

On page 1, lines 16 and 17, by striking the words “for a mandatory service obligation as prescribed by the Adjutant General”.
